In response to the AFL – CIO invitation
In response to the AFL – CIO invitation to attend its 26th Constitutional Convention, Kamal Abbas the CTUWS General Coordinator has been to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to attend the Conference events that extends over the dates of September 13, 2009- September 17, 2009.
The Conference is attended by a number of international labour personalities, leaders and presidents of international and European federations and unions. Also, President Barack Obama is scheduled to speak on Tuesday, 15th September.
