CTUWS has organized a number of training courses for trainees and activists from various industrial sectors in the CTUWS' main office in Helwan as well as in its branches in El Mahala El Kobra, 10th of Ramadan and Naga Hammadi.
The training courses were attended by workers from several companies to receive the preliminary program of the workers' school programs of CTUWS. The preliminary program consists of four training sessions; the first session is discussing the problems of labour law number 12 for the year 2003 and how to deal with, take advantage of it and take advantage of some features that are guaranteed by law and activate these features as the ratio of the increase patrol which established by law as a minimum of 7% where many employers are escaping from admitting and commitment of it. In addition, the identification of the minimum obtained by the worker as a compensation when the unfair dismissal, The law also comes as a minimum for the rights of workers and the workers can get what is the best through the collective labor contracts or collective labor agreements, As for the disadvantages which the worst ones are the legality of temporary work contracts or fixed-term and restricting the right to strike to end up to be impossible. At the end of the session, the participants are trying to put a required program to amend the labor law
The second session is discussing the rights of insurance , in which a brief overview of the legal framework of the social insurance, in particular the law number 79 of the year 75 which is considered as the general law of the social insurance in Egypt. In addition, it is discussing the methods of pension's calculation and identification on the workers' rights when infection with a discussion of worker demands for amending the laws in the field of the rights of insurance. Also raising the problems of occupational health and safety together with identification and discussing the table of occupational diseases and the table of chronic diseases.
The third session is on "trade unions", the concept of the union, the assumed role of the union, the Conditions that must be available in the union to do its role to identify the current structure of trade union and raise the viability of it to do the tasks of the trade union which identify by workers, and what is the alternative to what it is now?.
At the fourth and last part of the preliminary program which concerning the rights of citizenship, is identify the concept of citizenship and identification of the most important international conventions that guarantee these rights(civil and political, economic, social and cultural rights) without discrimination on the basis of race, gender, color, or religion .. . etc.. and what is reality of these rights?
- A training course for female workers at ready-made clothes has been organized at the main office of CTUWS in Helwan on the days 7th , 8th of January 2010. 16 of trainees have participated.

A training course for workers of the 10th of Ramadan city has been organized at the 10th of Ramadan office of CTUWS on the days 13th , 27th of October, 17th of November, 22nd of December 2009. 15 of trainees have participated.

- A training course for Safaga seaport workers (longshoremen) has been organized at the main office of CTUWS in Helwan on the days 9 , 10 of August 2009. 12 of trainees have participated.

- A training course for workers of Nag’a Hamaadi city has been organized at the main office of CTUWS in Helwan in the period from 14 to 16 April 2009 and 10 of trainees and apprentices have participated.
