The National Council for Human Rights expressed its wonderment because of banning the labour conference which has summoned and organized by the Center for Trade Union and Workers' Services [CTUWS] in collaboration with many of labour unions and Federations, and should be launched in the first of current May. Banning such conference is considered transgress which is lost validation of the law and doesn’t help in achievement of security and stability.

While the Council is stressing on the rights to expression, organization and trade union freedoms that guaranteed by the constitution, it calls onto state apparatus to respect those rights.
