International Women’s Day (8th of March, 2015), an occasion marked by women’s groups all around the world.

It is also celebrated this year by the Permanent Conference for Working Women, which seeks to be a means of communication between a promising feminist labour movement and all female women rights activists who work for justice and equality in society.

Within this framework, the Conference is organizing a number of sessions entitled “A Past to Learn from and a Future to Plan” in CTUWS offices in Alexandria, Qina and Suez at 6 pm.
The sessions will address the story of ordinary women who create history through reviewing the history of struggles working women went through to achieve their rights, equality, justice, peace, development and active participation in public life.

Say no to neglecting the rights of working women… Yes to developing them for a life of justice without discrimination.
